TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
- Management plans are for WORDPRESS websites only.
- Plans run for a year. If a plan needs to be changed mid-year, the amount spent will be deducted from the annual amount required for the new plan.
- Content and web development time does not roll-over to the next month or accumulate.
- Each Barn Option subscription is valid for 1 website only.
- eCommerce Sites, Community Sites & Membership Sites must select the ‘The Champion’ plan.
- Websites that have been neglected hold no guarantee that it will not break when being updated and any time if the interface needs to be fixed after an update, fixing it will be charged at our hourly rate or rate of a bulk option if such an option is chosen.
Additional Maintenance Support
We understand that every business is unique with unique needs and for some a Maintenance Package may not be needed or the amount of time available in a package may not be enough to cover the number of edits and updates needed for a particular business. We have options to suit any business. From paying per hour or half hour for a small amount of work, to rather go for a monthly plan if you need a lot of uploads and edits to take advantage of a better hourly rate.
